The company sold Tong Yang Eleve Apartment in Suseong-dong, Daegu, following similar sales in Hwigyeong-dong, Heuksung-dong, Sungsoo-dong in Seoul, Inchang, Topyeong in Guri, Taepyeong-dong in Daejun, Ilsan, and Gwangmyeong.

In addition, the company firmly established itself as a construction company specialized in apartments by selling Tong Yang N’PART apartment in Daeheung-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and in particular, selling Tong Yang N’PART apartment in Pangyo as the first Korean Special Plan apartment. Recently, the company was allotted with the A39 block among the common housing plot at Cheongra District, Incheon, supplied by the Korea Land Corporation, and is scheduled to sell Paju Unjeong Tong Yang apartment for 880 households within the new city in Paju City, Gyeonggi-do, in October 2007.

In addition to its domestic business, Tong Yang Major has been engaged in various overseas construction projects. Currently, the company is constructing and selling 486 houses and shopping stores on 138,600 square meters of land at Bekasi near Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia.

As of early March 2007, accumulated sales reached 406 units (84%), completed construction amounted to 299 units (62%), and houses in process of construction (including those in the design stage) reached 107 units (22%), indicating sales and construction are brisk.
